What are my payment options?

  • PayPal

  • All major Credit and Debit Cards

    • No need to create a PayPal account just proceed to “Continue as Guest

  • Cash / Credit Card on Delivery with an initial reservation fee of P5,000 or 50% of the purchase price for orders below P5,000.

  • Fund Transfer through our Bank Partners (BDO, Eastwest Bank and Unionbank)

How do I get my purchase?

  • Free delivery for all orders over P10,000. A delivery fee of P500 for orders below P10,000 within Metro Manila. Shipping charges may vary for deliveries outside Metro Manila.

  • Store pick-up with free installation in our Dubshop Stores (Banawe and Makati branch). Stores are open from Mondays to Saturdays - 9am to 6pm.

When do I receive my purchase?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from your order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Deliveries may vary for orders outside Metro Manila.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

You may message us directly for concerns regarding change of item. Generally, it is possible to change given that the items have not been used or mounted.

What if I order the wrong item that won’t fit my car?

Prior to completing your order, you will be asked to type your car make and model. This will be reviewed when processing your order before shipment. In certain cases, we may require a photo of your car to assure that the item/s will fit.

What is your Warranty Policy?

All products have a warranty of 180 days from the date the product was received by the customer. The warranty only covers a replacement for a defective part unless such a replacement cannot be obtained. For such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
